Dried Lom Soya Paa

Ingredients

Nugget 1 Cup

Lom ½ packet (or Spinach)

Potato 4 pcs (Medium)

Tomato 1 pc

Dried red chilly 5 pcs

Chilly pwd 2 tsp

Garlic 4 cloves

Soya sauce 1 tsp

Oil 4 tbsp

Salt 1 ½ tsp

Water ½ cup

Method

  1. Soak the Nuggets in hot water for 5 min. Rinse and squeeze twice, set aside.
  2. Soak Lom in hot water for 5 min. Rinse and squeeze twice, set aside.
  3. Rinse and peel the potatoes and cut into French fry slice pieces.
  4. Take the tomato and chop into small cubes.
  5. Chop garlic into thin slices.
  6. Rinse the Chilly and tear down the center into half.
  7. Pour water into a pressure cooker and place Lom inside. Let it cook for 5 min on high heat.
  8. Once lom is cooked add your sliced potatoes, oil, tomato, garlic, chilly pwd, salt, nuggets, and soya sauce into pressure cooker and let it cook for another 5 mintues.
  9. Add the chilly and fry till all the water has evaporated. Ready to serve.

If you use spinach instead of lom, switch out the pressure cooker for a pan and follow instructions with cooked spinach.
