- Soak the Nuggets in hot water for 5 min. Rinse and squeeze twice, set aside.
- Soak Lom in hot water for 5 min. Rinse and squeeze twice, set aside.
- Rinse and peel the potatoes and cut into French fry slice pieces.
- Take the tomato and chop into small cubes.
- Chop garlic into thin slices.
- Rinse the Chilly and tear down the center into half.
- Pour water into a pressure cooker and place Lom inside. Let it cook for 5 min on high heat.
- Once lom is cooked add your sliced potatoes, oil, tomato, garlic, chilly pwd, salt, nuggets, and soya sauce into pressure cooker and let it cook for another 5 mintues.
- Add the chilly and fry till all the water has evaporated. Ready to serve.
If you use spinach instead of lom, switch out the pressure cooker for a pan and follow instructions with cooked spinach.
